Video Ads for an Omnichannel Experience
Leveraging our inhouse video production and editing capabilities to create smart content was a win for our startup client. As the target audience for this mattress company was an active consumer segment, we create a brand story to highlight the lifestyle brand. “WORK HARD. PLAY HARD. REST EASY.” was a campaign message that resonated with the target demographic. YouTube, display and search ads were the distributio channels we selected for all our smart content to introduce our target demographic to this new mattress product. Our goal was to recognize our consumer across every touchpoint and tell a unified story across the entire journey. We used video to showcase the product’s construction, packaging and features. The Result: A Culture of Easy Ordering & Smart Content
Consumers are looking for product data and brand stories. Creating an easy website experience with an intuitive search and filter functionality, a comprehensive product page, and an abundance of smart content while mapping it to each stage of the customer journey was a key performance indicator in this project. The use of social proofing, videos, customer reviews, testimonials and social media posts on key website pages was a good choice when building this start-up’s web presense.
